All employees will be trained on the applicable written programs of their employer along with specific hazards that they will encounter during operations associated with their job description. Methods of training will be determined from the results of the assessment and may include computer based training and/or classroom training. All training will be accompanied by comprehension tests to ensure the full understanding of each topic. After training is completed, all employees will be certified by WorkSafe.
