I. Safety Program Assessment:
In order to design an effective safety program or to strengthen an existing one, it is essential to determine the exact needs of our clients. We accomplish this by performing a Safety Program Assessment.

Our safety program assessment is a low cost, fully comprehensive review of our client’s safety program. The audit will examine in great detail, every aspect of the program and will evaluate its effectiveness.

II. Written Programs:
Written policies and procedures will serve as the blue print for the safety program and will outline the rules and regulations of each specific topic needed by each employer. Written programs will be customized for each employer and created specifically from the results of the needs assessment.

III. Training:
All employees will be trained on the applicable written programs of their employer along with specific hazards that they will encounter during operations associated with their job description. Methods of training will be determined from the results of the assessment and may include computer based training and/or classroom training. All training will be accompanied by comprehension tests to ensure the full understanding of each topic. After training is completed, all employees will be certified by WorkSafe.

IV. Safety and Health Inspections:
Reoccurring compliance inspections will be established and will provide invaluable information on the progress of each Safety and Health Program. Additionally inspectors will look for Hazards and code/policy and procedure discrepancies outlined in the written programs. All inspections will be well documented and presented to the Management and Safety Committee of each company in a detailed report inclusive of photos of each violation.

V. Safety Committee:
It is essential to have employee participation in all programs. The safety committee is designed to bring members of Management and the labor force together on equal ground for discussion of safety concerns. This committee will suggest policy and procedure changes to the safety program on an “as needed” basis. The committee will meet monthly, and discuss all accident investigation reports, violations identified in the inspection report, incentive programs, and the overall effectiveness of the Occupational Safety and Health Program.
