In the mid-80's, a group of engineers came together after witnessing an alarming need for OSHA compliance in the construction industry. Accident rates were high, and the codes were too complex for most business people to understand. Their idea was to help mid-to-small size companies who could not afford an in-house safety department.

Initially they provided consulting, compliance help, OSHA negotiations and some training for employees. Then safety programs were given live by safety trainers and later, by PowerPoint presentations

.As the company evolved, they realized that there was a larger need for more services and help for their clients. The needs for OSHA Negotiations and Expert Witness testimony expanded as OSHA Regulations and enforcement increased.

The need for periodic inspections by a qualified third party became more important in increasing safety and compliance. As safety increased, insurance premiums decreased which was an added benefit that went straight to the bottom line for our customers.

As regulations changed and new ones were added, our customers needed more help to stay in compliance. In 2000, OSHA added a regulation requiring a Job Hazard Assessment for every company. Our clients needed to comply with this regulation but didn't have the time or resources to do it in house. Thus a new product was developed.

Twenty years after the original idea the engineers began with, has evolved to become a nationally recognized OSHA compliance solution company with a wide line of quality products and services.
